I would never have thought about buying one of these or that these even existed but I really do enjoy this. It is very relaxing, and the heat and pressure is amazing, especially after a long day of work. The size of this fit me well and I have a larger than average head. However, one reason I took off a star from my rating is that the device is slightly uncomfortable. I am not sure if it is because of the shape of my face or my nose, but this device does dig into my nose a little bit unless a wear it a very specific way. It's bearable, but not the most comfortable in the spot unless it is adjusted just right and I dont move. Also, the pressure can sometimes be a bit much on your eyeball, and I dont know if that is because the shape of my head is too big and it is sitting incorrectly or not, but I cannot use this on high pressure settings.The second reason I took off a star from the rating is because of the sounds in place. I really enjoy the water running sounds, and the music is an okay classical music, but I hate that it cycles between the 3 different sounds. If you have the sound on you will hear a song, then water running, than a song, and it cycles through those constantly, there is no way to have it just playing the water running or one of the songs. I hated that fact, and will only use it with the sounds muted. This seems like a wasted feature.Overall the quality is good. it folds up and fits into a convenient sized travel pouch and it has a built in rechargeable battery which is lovely. I got about 5 uses out of it before the battery stated it was low.It has some weight to it, but it does not feel too heavy on your face, the weight does give it a good feeling of quality.Overall a valuable device to have, especially if you are looking to relieve some tension and relax after a long stressful day. I absolutely love the heat and the massage and plan to use this for a long time.

I got this for my wife, but I find myself using it more than she does. I work on computers all day, so my eyes are just worn out when I get home. I've only had it a few days, but I'm really enjoying the massage and the heat—they do a great job soothing tired eyes and temples. I'm on the fence about the built-in music; I wish it was just a Bluetooth speaker so I could play my own audio, but I won't dock it for that since it does what it says: massage around your temples and soothe the eyes. For anyone dealing with screen fatigue, dry eyes, or headaches, this is a solid, relaxing pick.

Ahhhhhhh. This is a well-made and well-designed product. The music is optional, the heat is optional, the massage is optional. So you can have heat and music without massage, massage and heat without music, you get the idea. Or turn everything off and just look like LeVar Burton in Star Trek Next Generation :). One of my favorite parts is Safety Instruction #15: "Do not use this product while driving". Check.The manual states that there are 4 pressure settings-- Soft, Moderate, Strong and No. My unit had only 3 -- soft, strong and no (which the device calls 'now'). The soft pressure was what I would consider moderate to strong and the strong was a bit too much-- like someone mashing on your eyeballs. I would prefer a softer setting than the current soft. The heat settings are perfect. There are 2 built-in instrumental songs. Neither will win a Grammy, but they aren't bad (elevator/on-hold type music). Adding a Bluetooth capability to stream your own music might be nice though the elastic strap sits just above where earbuds go so you could use them with this.Overall, using this is a very relaxing experience, and the device is very comfortable (especially with the massage on 'soft' or off). Very pleased!

This eye massager is so much better than I ever expected it to be. It comes with instructions that are easy to follow. The hardest part of the whole thing is figuring out the buttons by blind touch while wearing the mask as it has to be in the off position while putting it on. If you have someone to help you it's ideal but I quickly figured it out by touch myself. There is a massage off, low and high option, several different music/sound options(some sounds like rain or running water), you can turn the sound off, heat in high, low or off. Basically you can customize this to how you want. The back has a buckle with elastic strap and is adjustable to fit your head. A charge cord is included, if you want to charge from an electric socket you will need your own charge block adapter. A drawstring bag is also included for storage or carrying on the go. As a bonus a night, blackout mask is added which is a nice touch that I appreciate. It too is very good quality. This thing feels amazing! It's like getting a facial/temple massage at a high end spa. At just under $50 this is an amazing value as you can get a massage from home every day! It really takes the tension out of my head area and is so relaxing! Just make sure you follow the directions closely. I am thrilled with this little eye massager machine and could not be more happy!
